Reports on Twitter suggest that Chelsea could move for West Ham midfielder Declan Rice when their transfer ban is uplifted next summer, according to EXWHUemployee on Twitter.

Former side Chelsea are now also thought to be interested in Rice, though supporters of the club aren’t too keen on the idea of their team signing him… Chelsea fans, would you be happy if your club bought Rice?

Rice, a former trainee at Chelsea, moved across London to West Ham in 2014 and last season broke into the first-team under manager Manuel Pellegrini.

The 20-year-old played 90 minutes in both of the Three Lions’ recent Euro 2020 qualifiers against Bulgaria and Kosovo, and looks set to be Gareth Southgate’s chosen holding midfielder moving forward if that’s anything to go off.
