Former Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has released a message of thanks to fans of the Blues, their owner Roman Abramovich and staff at the club after his move to Monaco was confirmed.

A two-time Premier League champion during his time at Stamford Bridge, he first came to prominence as a Premier League player at Arsenal.

He became a Chelsea player in 2014 and picked up his second FA Cup winner's medal in 2018 after having also added the League Cup to his personal collection of honours in 2015.
