Liverpool’s first game as newly crowned Premier League champions is against their closest title rivals as Jurgen Klopp’s side face Manchester City on Thursday evening.

Elsewhere, the race for a top-four finish is hotting up as Manchester United look to close the gap on Chelsea and Leicester City with a win against Brighton on Tuesday evening.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are hoping to build their form with a positive result at home to Norwich City.

As always, Betfair ambassador Dimitar Berbatov previews the action for Metro.co.uk…

United have more class and talent, and after their performance against Sheffield United, confidence will be very high amongst the squad. Man United are chasing both a top four spot and the FA Cup, so they can still have a good season. I think United will win here. It would be foolish to underestimate Brighton who are very solid, but United should have enough quality to win. Prediction: 1-3.

Betfair Exchange: Brighton 9/2, Man Utd- 4/5, Draw- 11/4

ARSENAL VS NORWICH CITY

If Arsenal can’t beat Norwich here, I really don’t know where they are going. Arsenal’s defence is weak, but their goalkeeper, Emiliano Martinez, has made a good impression on me. He can play from the back and will give Bernd Leno something to think about when he returns from injury. If they don’t win this, Arsenal can pack their bags and go to the beach for the summer. Prediction: 2-0.

Betfair Exchange: Arsenal 1/2, Norwich City 6/1, Draw 4/1

BOURNEMOUTH VS NEWCASTLE UNITED

This game isn’t very interesting, I don’t think we will see much quality here. Bournemouth played okay against Wolves who are in good form, and Newcastle were not great in a draw against Aston Villa and struggled against City. Bournemouth need points to be safe, I think this will probably be a draw. Prediction: 0-0.

Betfair Exchange: Bournemouth 11/8, Newcastle United- 5/2, Draw 9/4

EVERTON VS LEICESTER CITY

I really like Carlo Ancelotti a lot, I don’t know anyone that doesn’t like him. My friends who were under him said he’s a great guy, a great leader, a good speaker, and he knows when to enjoy life and the game, but he also knows when to be serious. He strikes me as a good man just from his face! Every manager is different in front of cameras than they are in private, I just like him and how successful he has been in the game. Everton want to be a big team and to be near the top four, they can win this against a Leicester side who have been disappointing since the return. Prediction: 2-1.

Betfair Exchange: Everton 7/4, Leicester City 15/8, Draw 5/2

WEST HAM VS CHELSEA Christian Pulisic has been in excellent form for Chelsea (Getty Images)

Oh man, what to do with West Ham, it’s always the same story! They have everything to be successful, but then you watch them and want to poke your eyes out. It would be a disaster for them to go down again with their history, their stadium, their academy, but Chelsea can’t afford to lose. I don’t want to say it, because it will stop United getting top four, but Chelsea are in great form and they won’t want to give United any hope. Prediction: 1-3.

Betfair Exchange: West Ham 9/2, Chelsea 4/6, Draw 10/3

SHEFFIELD UNITED VS TOTTENHAM

Sheffield are playing really poor at the moment, they aren’t playing great football at all right now. The performance against United will not be good for confidence at all, and then losing against Arsenal so late at the weekend will be a real kick for them. They don’t have too much to play for right now, although saying that they will still be pushing for a European place. It’s a good chance for Spurs to build some momentum, which they need if they are hoping to play European football next season, and I think they can win this. Prediction: 0-2.

MAN CITY VS LIVERPOOL Liverpool have already secured the Premier League title ahead of their trip to Man City (AFP via Getty Images)

I will enjoy seeing City giving Liverpool a guard of honour, that will be fun to watch! Both teams have only pride to play for, there will be no fans there so the guard of honour will be less painful. There will be a lot of pride involved in this game, City will be desperate to win and the players will still believe they are better than Liverpool, footballers have big egos. I think it will be a great game to watch. I want to see goals, I think maybe a score draw. Prediction: 2-2.

Betfair Exchange: Man City 5/4, Liverpool 9/4, Draw 11/4
